The Derbyshire Guild meet for workshops on the second Saturday of the month in Hazelwood Village Hall 10am to 4pm and the last Friday of the month in Mickleover Community Centre 7.30pm to 9.30pm. New members and visitors always welcome.

- Saturday 13th March - Weaving Texture workshop with Stacey Harvey Brown from The Loom Room.
- Friday 26th March - AGM and Guild Competition.
- Saturday 10th April - Spin-in and Sales Table in aid of the CONI Charity (Care Of the Next Infant).
- Friday 30th April - Talk on Angora Rabbits and spinning with Angora wool with Richard Grindley from the Angora Rabbit Club.
- Saturday 8th May - Visit to the Kaleidoscope Exhibition in Mansfield Museum.
- Friday 28th May - Talk on Mongolian Argali & Anecdotes with Alison Thornhill.
- Saturday 12th June - Nepalese Childrens Trust talk and Sales table with Gwenda Culkin.
- Friday 25th June - No meeting as most members will be at Woolfest in Cockermouth, Cumbria.
- Saturday 10th July - Workshop, An Abundance of Braids and Bands with Jenny Parry.
- Friday 30th July - Bring along you latest project to work on.
- Saturday 14th August - Guild Outing, open day at Muriel Moulds Home.
- Friday 27th August - Summer Break, No Meeting.
- Saturday 11th September - Workshop Spin, Weave or Felt.
- Friday 24th September - Talk on The prehistoric uses of natural fibres by Peter Groom.
- Saturday 9th October - workshop dyeing fibres 'The Fruit Course' with Mary Hawkins.
- Friday 29th October - working on your latest project.
- Saturday 13th November - Needle Felting Workshop with Kim Smith.
- Friday 26th November - Talk on Spinning Weaving and Dyeing in the 1500s by Alison Coats.
- Saturday 11th December - Christmas meeting & shared lunch.
Guild Newsletters will be issued to members in January, April, July and October covering details of materials and equipment required for workshops.
